Our Service Well is simple. Truly. Companies sign up, create their listing, and post it to the universe. Every business needs a clear, centralized place to list how they treat their employees and how to apply to work for them. This is Our Service Well. What does your company do well? What makes your company a compelling place to work? What makes your company worth applying to? No matter what size your business is, you need to advertise what it’s like to work for you. One of the biggest goals of Our Service Well is to allow companies BOTH BIG AND SMALL (and everything in between) to reach out to employees and potential employees. The adversarial relationship between workers and management is a notion of the past.
